The qPCR-HD-GPC facility offers a quantitative PCR facility broadly available to the scientific community and beyond, to conduct a variety of genomic analyzes such as: absolute quantification, CNV, SNP genotyping, preparation and quantification of genome-banks for targeted sequencing and single cell genomics.
